'''Nick Rushe''' was the keyboardist for [[Nine Inch Nails]] for a brief period in 1989, during the [["Pretty Hate Machine" Promotional Tour]]. He replaced [[Chris Vrenna]] on the keyboards, so that Vrenna would be able to play drums for the band. [[David Haymes]] took Rushe was 's place in Nine Inch Nails after his departure. Rushe joined the band [[Exotic Birds]] with [[Trent Reznor]] before joining in 1990, after his tenure in Nine Inch Nails. Rushe played on the album ''Equilibrium'', recorded after Reznor left the band, and may also may have played on the demos for the cancelled Exotic Birds album set to be released sometime around 1991. [[David Haymes]] took Rushe's place in Nine Inch Nails after his departure.
