This is the only known version. It consists of a basic guitar and piano melody with what sounds like breathing. The piano melody is similar to the recurring melody heard on The Downward Spiral.

"5 Ghosts I" was played live August 15th in Oklahoma City during The Lights In The Sky Over North America Tour.
