Nicknamed "blisters", "bloody mary" and "jerk".

Like blue pills, they are given to soldiers to reintroduce the aggression killed by Parepin.

Unlike blue pills, they are given only "if you are very good at your job".

Said to "erase the line between killing and fucking. Some of the damage is permanent."

You can never see your family again after taking red pills. Soldiers are informed of this after taking them.
